We will offer you a prompt exchange, credit for other products or a refund (let us know which). Refunds and credits include the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We provide free shipping on all orders over $20 (Continental U.S. only). Just enter the code "FreeShip" when placing your order of $20 or more.
All products are shipped within 2 business days for UPS orders and within 3 business days for U.S. Mail (with 2-5 day transit period).
We also provide domestic express shipping for an additional charge via UPS 2-day Air and Next Day Air. Click on your choice of shipping during the checkout process and you will see the exact shipping charge for Continental U.S. deliveries.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will quickly email you the anticipated delivery date.
If no one is available to receive the package, a subsequent attempt to deliver will usually be made. However, we encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest possible delivery time.
Some extremely large or heavy items (over 50 lbs.) may require additional charges.
Each customer will typically receive a UPS tracking code via email within 24 business hours of the time the order begins transit. This code can be used at www.ups.com to track an order's progress and see the projected delivery date.
Please note that USPS does not provide us with tracking numbers for First Class and Priority Mail. However, we will still send a confirmation email informing you when your order has been shipped.

All orders received for shipment outside the Continental U.S. will require additional shipping and handling charges. Each customer will be contacted by email with the projected delivery costs. We must receive approval of these costs before processing the order. International orders are shipped Air Mail and usually take between 8-12 days.
